I support women and families through the full continuum of birth - from pregnancy, to birth, to the tender postpartum window.

My approach blends traditional wisdom and practical care: using herbal medicine, homeopathy, body-work and ritual & ceremony to honour each woman’s unique path.

I believe that every woman deserves to be trusted, to be respected and to receive deeply nourishing support as she expands into motherhood.
